I purchased a foot pump recently. The pressure gauge didn't work. I contacted Sealey directly and gave the details. Sealey dispatched a replacement product immediately, free of charge - no fuss, no bother. Excellent customer service. Five stars.

Well made with a lot of capacity - I was able to get the contents of 3 older toolboxes into the large drawers. The drawers themselves are smooth to pull out and glide easily back in. All in all, I am glad I went with Sealey.

Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with a soldering iron that I bought last year. The contact us form on their website was very easy to find which is not usually the case, I sent en email and received a reply within hours. I sent a picture across and the product was replaced free of charge and the replacement arrived the next morning. Much better than I was expecting, they go above and beyond.

Bought a Sealey AK693 1/2” socket set many years ago.

Anyway, after years of pretty hard use 2 of the sockets cracked which is fine. It’ll happen eventually to any brand of sockets.

Contacted customer services and they sent out replacements free of charge the same day.

They arrived quickly. When they say “ No hassle, no quibble, lifetime warranty” they mean it.

Great tools, great price, great warranty.

Keep your super cheap junk tools, I’ll be sticking with Sealey branded tools.

Great products and excellent customer service and fast delivery service. Bought to replace Socket Sets as these have a lifetime warranty which is great if you break one it will be replaced peace of mind

Great tools at a good price

I have always bought sealey welders since the 1980s,they are very robust and cause the minimum of problems in fact I have never had one out of action,i have just bought a new supermig130,it had a fault but a new one was delivered the next day and its just done a days work without a hitch,the service has always been excellent.

total garbage brought a trolley jack a few months of using the seals went they replaced it the the bolts and main supports feel apart and it was just out of warranty so badly made not fit for purpose sealed didn't won't to help the second time

Great product at a very reasonable price

Bought a electric impact wrench 14 months ago, never even used it everyday, always made sure the battery was charged , now 14 months later wrench doesn't work , battery won't charge . Think the warranty period should be for longer than 12 months as now its likely I have to purchase a replacement battery . The wrench was brilliant.The battery should have lasted longer in my opinion . Quite disappointed.
Update : sealey have taken care of my query and have been kind enough to assist me . Many thanks to the sealey team .

I don't know how they do it for the price. Have just purchased a 3-way grease gun. Solidly built and nice and smooth to operate. As with all my Sealey purchases, I'm really impressed with the quality for the price. Thank you!!

Competitive price, easy online purchase, quick delivery. I bought a Sealey RoadStart RS1.v4 in 2011. It was superb quality, got myself, family and friends out of trouble many times and eventually expired in September 2024. It lasted thirteen years! I maintained it exactly as directed in the Sealey owners information sheet charging it regularly and it served me fantastically well. As a result of my experience, I bought a new RoadStart RS1v5 to replace my old one. I'm hoping this one lasts as long as the first. I recommend this product very highly.

Cant fault sealy, I had a problem, phoned and got instant pick up not once but both times I phoned, spoke to a great advisor, explained my trouble and within minutes fixed. Absolutely brilliant service. Other company's take note ^^
