Avoid at all cost
This morning our ferry got canceled due to weather conditions which I understand is out of everyone's control. However, why not send an automatic email saying that the ride is canceled? Instead, everyone shows up at the port and there is one guy in front of the boat yelling to everyone that we cannot leave. Disrespectful their employees and their customers. Also, the only time we took this ferry, it was an hour late, the inside of the ferry was nasty af. On other ferry you can walk around on different decks but on Seajets, you have to sit in a little seat like you're on a plane. Avoid as much as you can

Most uncomfortable ferry ride I have ever taken. I booked what was available not knowing that AC is not offered throughout the boat. There was no AC in the silver section which made the trip miserable (being 7 months pregnant also didn’t help that I was placed in the very last row middle seat with no room or AC). Customer service/ reception area did not care about the unreasonable temperatures at the back of the boat, and wanted us to pay over 140 extra for two people to upgrade to get an area with AC half way through the trip. When I asked just to change seats I was told twice to come back after the next port. To top it off, there is no outside area. I will be thinking twice before booking this ferry again.

Absolute disgrace of a service. Not a single ship is on time, not even remotely. The staff is rude and tickets are extremely overpriced. Will never EVERY travel with Seajets again.

To purchase the ticket online worked great. When we entered the ship, we had to wait with 300 people below deck by the cars, where it was extremely smelly of exhaust and oil and over 30° hot. The wait was caused because there were only two small exits upstairs, which were blocked by the ship's staff because they were checking tickets upstairs in the air-conditioned room. A very uncomfortable feeling when you stood down there. Can not recommend it to anyone!!!
Not again
I was travelling from Kythira to Pireas. First of all the ship had a 45 minutes delay to depart without reason and we didn't have any information. Secondly i had a ticket for bclass but the other passengers were sleeping on the couches and there was no any free seat. Despite the cost i was travelling 7 hours on the deck. The worst experience ever.

I wanted to visit Ano koufonisi for just a one-day trip and I made the mistake to book the trip from Naxos to Ano koufonisi with Seajets. The ship was 1-hour late and they didn’t bother sending us an email informing us about the delay, which impacted my whole one day trip (as I was visiting Ano koufonisi for just a few hours). This happened on August 4th, 2022.

Worst organized ferry check in possible. People are treated like cattle which is inexcusable in every situation - even more so in a post covid pandemic world. Hard to explain the pricey ticket.

A big NO
The price of the ticket does not match the quality of the voyage. They don't use air conditioning in the economy seats which makes the trip unbearable. They also don't let you stay on the deck, so we were condemned to travel in our sweat.They only care about your money and nothing else. Never gonna travel with them again.
Amazing staff!
The staff were extremely friendly on our ferry from Pireas to Milos island and helpfull especially considering i was having a panick attack due to sea sickness and they did everything they could and more to calm me down. Specifically by name, a veteran staff member who seemed extremely capable mr Mentis and a young impressive woman named Virginia!!!

As soon as the last person entered in the the hold, they started to move without warning anyone about the ship rolling and instability: everybody had difficulties to reach the seat and I and many other, old persons too, were risking to fall down.
My girlfriend was affected by seasickness and I was forced to get up to search for some help, which I had difficulties to find as the crew was few and busy. I proposed to move to the center of the room, more stable, but I was told to wait until next stop, and so I asked for a vomit bag.
My girlfriend was about to throw up, so I opened, checked and gave the bag to her and she used it. I had to come back searching a napkin or something as nobody was of the crew was caring about this and luckily I found a kind passenger who gave me fresh napkins. As soon as I returned, after few minutes, as I was picking the used vomit bag, to throw it in the trash, the bottom of it suddenly broke, in front of our eyes, releasing all the content on some of our belongings and on the trousers of my girlfriend.
I came back searching for the crew with the bag and our ruined belongings (most that I had to trow in the trash and other I had to clean). I found a man,middle aged, tall, with short black hairs of the crew, that instead of helping me, claimed that I was the culprit of everything cause I didn't checked and I gave to my girlfriend a bag with a hole in the bottom. After this, I had to clean as I could and move by myself to center of the room with her, causing troubles with assigned seats to 2 new passengers that were so kind to take our previous seats.
Nobody has come to ask or do something for all the remaining trip.
It has resulted in an awful travel for me and for her that couldn't even go to the bathroom for some refreshment.
I advise all to pick another company for your travels if possible

We were traveling from Karystos, Greece to the island of Andros.
The journey was scheduled for 14:25, the ferry was delayed for at least 2 hours.
We’ve missed our connection bus in Andros too and had to pay €45 to take us to our destination.
When I called their offices, they didn’t know that the ferry was delayed or avoided to notified us.
We had to call the port authorities who also didn’t have much information to give us.
Our one day to Andros was spoiled and certainly I wouldn’t recommend this company to any one.
BTW I’m Greek and I feel ashamed about the services Greece is providing.
They just don't care.
It's like they've just started their business with incompetent people. We received eTickets with a QR code upon purchasing through FerryHopper, but SEAJETS couldn't use it. We had to wait in the ticket line anyway, and the staff typed in some code from the ticket instead of scanning the QR Code. Don't bother with a reserved or upgraded seat, as you may not get it -- we were greeted with an announced "don't mind your seat assignment, just sit anywhere" when we boarded. Left two hours late, and ran slow on the route, arriving 3 hours late.

This is the worst ferry company I have ever travelled on.
- Delays in the arrival time of the ferry without warning the passengers. Their communication is lamentable
- The price of the tickets is excessively expensive. For a Milos-Santorini trip, they have a monopoly, which allows them to set an indecent price compared to other much longer trips.
- Rough or non-existent seat assignments
- Rude and unpleasant cashiers in Santorini and ask for money to print your ticket with the assigned seats as these do not appear in your summary when you buy online and nowhere else
- Clumsy assignment of seats in different locations for the same booking
- Unhelpful and unresponsive staff members when you complain about the discomfort you experience because of them. Their solution is that you write an email to the company to complain while you are looking for concrete solutions on board!

They promised me the money back for a ticket I couldn't use because of illness, cancer. Yannis was nice. They were supposed to contact me to pay back my money. Never happened. Sent like 5 email. No return of money. Not a serious company. Very disrespectful like many companies in Greece now. I pay someone money they will keep it no matter what. Helps giving Greece a bad reputation.

Unreliable company. Would never travel with them. After covid they didn’t refund costumers!only escuses and escuses! Mr. Yiannis Tseronis, from costumer services, says it’s bank fault, but seven months have passed after my EU legal right for a refund and nothing!My trip was to happen in 7 June 2020 and unfortunately was cancelled because of covid.
I’m sure this company received many funds from the EU, but they act illegally and haven’t make the refund!
