Appalling

Used them for years for topping up. All of a sudden my account was suspended they didn't tell me why. Asked for me to provide ID. I asked if allow driving license they said yes. Then they changed their mind and said also need passport. Everything reeks of illegal practises and identity theft. I warn anyone to refuse to do business with such shady practises who clearly changes their rules by the second. Especially when it does not state on their website at all that they would do such a thing. Also no other business online big or small requires such verification that needs passport. Again identity theft is a concern even though they said it's only for information and security.
