Now all the new members get 12000 stamina for the same plan. This is triple of what i get.client service is just an ai repeating itself

Be careful with SeaArt.ai

Be careful with SeaArt.ai. Their "3-day free trial" is a programmed trap to charge you $251.88 for a full year without any warning or confirmation step. I tried to cancel and contact their support immediately, but I found myself talking to a wall of robotic, automated responses that refuse to help.
The user interface is designed to make cancellation difficult, and once they have your money, they vanish. I am an engineer and I have dealt with many SaaS platforms, but I have never seen such a lack of transparency and ethical standards. They force you into a paid membership and then ignore your human pleas for a refund, even if you report the error within minutes.
Don't be fooled by the high-quality images; the business model behind it is predatory. Spend your money on more reputable AI platforms like Midjourney or ChatGPT, where user rights are respected. This site is a scam disguised as a creative tool.

I am writing this to warn other professionals and engineers. SeaArt.ai uses deceptive subscription tactics. I signed up for a 3-day trial, and despite canceling within the first hour, I was immediately charged a full annual fee of $251.88 without any further confirmation.
I reached out to their support team via live chat and email within minutes of the charge, while my usage was still ZERO. They completely ignored my refund request and hid behind rigid terms and conditions. Their system is designed to trap users into expensive annual plans with no "cooling-off" period or human intervention.
Even after I filed a formal refund application, they continued to provide robotic, unhelpful responses. This is not how a professional AI company should treat its users. If you are a professional or a hobbyist, be extremely careful—once they have your card details, they will take your money and refuse to help you even if an error occurs.
Avoid this platform if you value transparency and fair business practices. There are many other AI tools with much better ethics.

0.08€ promo for 3 days, renewed at 215€ without any warnings. Non clear fees. Very hard to unsubscribe (they hide subscruption management) Support didn’t answer (2.5h and waiting). They work hard to lose customers.

SeaArt - What Happened to your system?

When I joined Seaart about a year ago I loved it.
I loved it up until about 6 weeks ago.
Everything Changed. I use SeaArt Jump Lite because its low cost and worked great. But now it has become really really bad. You give it a prompt, it's like it does whatever it wants and gives you 10% of what you want.

I burned through almost $300.00 in the last couple weeks plus paying $50.00 a month. I deleted about 95% of the ai video's because it is incoherent garbage, but did enjoy seeing what it created.

What a waste of money, I wish I had that money back, I tested my prompts on several AI and they work fine.

So SeaArt Jump Lite to me has become almost useless.

I did find that the super expensive AI at SeaArt work perfectly fine. If they are going to heavily lower quality and restrict everything to the point of a person not even being able to jump up and down, what is the point of using this expensive place?

I have another place that is unlimited for $19.99 a month that is now giving better results, it does suck though, but, it's okay, especially for the price.

But on SeaArt you pay top dollar for what?
Jump Lite is broken, SeaArt Sono, SeaArt Opera, Vidu Q3, have none of these issues but double check me on this, for a 10 second clip they want $5.00 to $12.00 dollars for 1 single clip? So my only option there was to use Sea Art Jump Lite and I still spent hundreds a month. Extremely disappointed with SeaArt AI.

I'll stick with my cheap unlimited AI account and quit wasting so much money on SeaArt.

I feel like I have been cheated and ripped off.
But it's my fault, I should have just stopped using it, not fighting it and feeding it lots of cash.

FRAUD ALERT - Unauthorized charges after 0.09 trial offer!

BEWARE! This site is attempting to steal hundreds of dollars from my account.
I tried to look at their $0.09 trial, but I NEVER authorized any annual subscription. Now, for several days, they have been trying to force charges of €220 and €251 EURO on my card while the app is closed.
This is a clear FRAUDULENT practice.
I have no active subscription and no account with them, yet they keep trying to withdraw money. I have reported them to my bank and the Cyber Police.
STAY AWAY, they are scammers!

Unauthorized charges and no refund support

Terrible experience. SeaArt charged my credit card $57 USD without my consent on 4th April 2026. I had cancelled my subscription but they still went ahead and debited my card. On top of that, they also attempted to charge $251 USD twice, which thankfully got declined by my bank due to insufficient limit.
There is no e-mandate or standing instruction on my card for SeaArt, yet they charged it using stored card details through Stripe. Their refund policy states subscriptions are non-refundable, which is completely unfair when the charge itself was unauthorized.
I have raised a fraud dispute with my bank (ICICI Bank), my credit card has been blocked, and a chargeback is in process. I have also emailed their support. but no response yet.
Stay away from SeaArt if you value your money. They make it extremely easy to get charged but nearly impossible to get a refund. Worst billing practices I have ever seen.

It started out as a really good…

It started out as a really good platform but has become an inconsistent shit platform that will steal your credits for videos that apparently are not up to par of their standards or quality. Especially with the Kling 3.0 and some of the other newer image to video apps. People can generate nudes on this all day, but God forbid, I try to create a martial arts fight scene.

Predatory Billing: Charges 71.5 hours into a 72-hour trial.

SeaArt.ai advertised a 3-day (72-hour) free trial but auto-debited my card for a full year at the 71.5-hour mark. Support admitted to this in writing but refused a refund. This is an unfair trade practice. I have filed a case with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket #8958851) and a bank chargeback. Avoid this site if you value your money.

BEWARE: Deceptive UI / $251.88 Auto-Charge Trap & Zero Support I am writing this to warn everyone about SeaArt.ai's highly deceptive billing practices (Dark Patterns).

On March 18, 2026, I signed up for a 3-day trial. While standard platforms default to a monthly renewal, SeaArt's interface is intentionally misleading. On March 21, without any explicit final confirmation step or clear warning, they auto-charged my Visa card a massive $251.88 for an annual subscription.
I contacted their support within hours. I made it absolutely clear that I HAVE NOT used any SVIP features, generated any images, or consumed any credits since this charge occurred. It was a genuine mistake caused by their hidden cancellation UI.
Instead of reviewing my account activity and doing the right thing, their customer service just copy-pasted their "No Refund" policy template. They completely ignore the fact that they are charging for a service that hasn't been rendered.
This is unacceptable. I have already filed a formal Chargeback dispute with my bank (Visa) for "Services not rendered and misleading billing".
If SeaArt's management actually cares about their reputation and wants to resolve this fairly by issuing a full refund, my information is below. Once refunded, I will update or remove this review.

Misleading Subscription – Charged $250 Without Clear Disclosure

I just wanted to try the app — and got charged $250.

And it turns out I’m not the only one.

[SeaArt Subscription Case Summary + Timeline]

📌 Key Point
This is not about “buying twice.”
It’s about being charged without clearly understanding the billing.

Also, the overall system feels problematic:
→ Renewals are charged immediately
→ Support keeps relying on Terms of Service
→ There is little to no real resolution offered

This leaves users with very limited options.

📅 What happened

1. Subscription page shows monthly pricing ($20.99/month)
→ Users expect monthly billing

2. No clear confirmation
→ No clear notice that it will be charged annually

3. Charged instantly
→ ~$251 in one transaction

4. Immediate refund request
→ Before using the service

5. Refund denied
→ “No refunds”
→ Later changed to “used so no refund” (contradictory)
→ Repeated references to policy without addressing the issue

6. Forced usage
→ Only used after refund was denied

7. More issues found
→ Can buy another year while already subscribed
→ No safeguards or warnings
→ Large price differences between app and web

8. Tried alternative solution
→ Asked for monthly adjustment → denied

9. More cases reported
→ Duplicate charges
→ Misleading subscription flow
→ Template support responses

📌 Summary
The issue is not that users paid twice,
but that the system failed to prevent unintended charges.

📣 What I’ve done
• Initiated a chargeback
• Planning to report to the App Store

📣 If you’ve had similar issues
Keep evidence, file a chargeback, and report as misleading subscription design.

→ Feel free to DM me — I’m collecting cases and this doesn’t look isolated.

I was charged for an annual subscription by mistake and cancelled it immediately after noticing the charge.

I contacted SeaArt support several times requesting a refund, but after 3 days I still have not received any response or confirmation.

The subscription was cancelled right away and no premium features were used.

Order number: SA2026031015179961370369637

I am requesting a full refund for this accidental charge. If I do not receive a response soon, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my bank.

Accidental yearly subscription and refund refused

I was charged $251.88 for an annual SVIP subscription on SeaArt AI due to a confusing user interface that led to an accidental subscription.

I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charge and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the request was denied even after escalation to a supervisor.

I had not used any credits from the subscription after the charge, yet the company refused to provide a refund or any reasonable solution.

After reading other reviews, it seems many users have experienced similar issues with accidental annual subscriptions and refund refusals.

This was a very disappointing experience and I would advise others to be extremely careful with subscriptions on this platform.
