NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 586 of the Companies Act 2014 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Grand Canal Hotel, 4 Grand Canal Street Upper, Dublin, D04 X5X7, on 11th June 2018 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Section 587 and 588 of the Companies Act 2014.
Forms of General and Special Proxy are enclosed herewith. Creditor’s wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are personally due the amount and attending in person) lodge their proxies at the registered office of the company no later than 4pm on 10th June 2018. Please note that the original proxy signed by or on behalf of the creditor must be lodged at the address mentioned below.

like many of you, I was scammed by Interiorfox furniture webshop. Is there any group of consumers to complain altogether , to sue them and get our money back?

I had placed an order on Interiorfox on 8 October 2017 for three Eames Hang it All, which I had to pay in advance. See also my previous post which I am unable to update anymore (maybe because of word limitation?!).

Delivery was expected 8-14 weeks from the order date. Since then I have written endless emails (see my previous rating) and have received only one response saying that the delivery is delayed and expected in April or the latest beginning of March 2018.
My last emails were on 5 February, 1 April and 20 April with no response. I have cancelled my order according to law and set a deadline for the return payment on 30 April.

My today’s email led to an automatic response that the email address of Tobias Richter is no longer existing. The automatic response is done with quite some perfection but it appears to be a scam too - I have never received such a response before when somebody’s email address is not working.
I can only warn everyone! It’s a waste of money, emotions, time and nerve wracking. Don’t even think of buying here!

ordered over $3000 worth of furniture for the office. They did not deliver it. They are not answering their emails anymore. Scam company. Deserves class action lawsuit with all customers who have been scammed.

I ordered chairs in Nov 2017 and paid for them, still no sign of the chairs
in April 2018, and my emails are all ignored. Can anybody help me? How do you get hold of this people? What is amazing is reading good reviews from March 2018!!

First i am very satisfied with my products. I ordered one Designerleuchte (Designer light) and one Bührostuhl (office chair) for my Home-Office.
The Quality of both are very good.

I bought a designer lamp and an office chair, the quality has convinced me very much.
Today I have ordered a nice dining table, I am sure that fits great into my kitchen and the quality will convince me once again.
