I visited your exchange office at Vasagatan 20A in Västerås around 17:00 on 22 October 2025.
I asked about exchanging 1,000 USD in 100-dollar bills from 2006, but the staff told me that you charge an extra fee because the notes are old.
This information is incorrect. These banknotes are fully valid according to the U.S. Federal Reserve and should be exchanged at the normal rate without any special fee. Because of this, I chose not to complete the exchange.

I went in to exchange money yesterday in Örebro. The girl behind the counter was incredibly knowledgeable. Her smile honestly turned my awful day around.

Absolute rip off company. I was charged €150 at Gatwick airport for £100.
I have the receipt and it says the markup was 23%.
Another family member went to a different ATM and got £100 for €123.
How can the UK regulator all such a company to operate !!
I tried to complain via FB, IG and the telephone number of the webpage.
Nobody replies. These people need to be shutdown

I was really surprised to read some of the reviews. I usually go to the one one Drottninggatan and I've not had any issues. The staff was polite and the service is very efficient.

Wow, the cost of exchanging currency is so high! The bank is selling GBP at 13.98, while Changegroup is selling it at 14.81. This huge price difference is really disappointing.

I ordered travel money online, arranged a pick up day, spent £6 on tube to pick up my money but they were not delivered to the branch as agreed. Person there (with not very nice attitude) told me that yes, he has my order in the system and the money should be there, but they are not. Next day after an arranged pick up day, I got an email that my order was cancelled. Thank you, how about letting me know before I wasted my time in going to pick it up. Needless to say, I won't be using this company ever again.

Excellent service.
I needed Mexican currency within a couple of days. They did not have the amount I needed.

They took my number and told me that they would call me. In an hour they called back and said that they had solved the problem.
