Beware and don´t order!! This is a scammer.
Unfortunately I didn´t read the reviews, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.
This is not a French company and the shipment I received had been delivered out of China. The quality was incredibly poor and in no relation to the price I had paid. They offered me a 30% discount if I kept the article, but I refused because of the already mentioned bad quality. I had to return it to a store in Paris, France, but I never got a refund even though I sent a proof of shipment. They simply ridiculed me in their e-mail replies and argued that they had never received the shipment.

They ghost customers. I’ve emailed them about an expensive and unfortunately poorly made coat. No response. I dont even want a refund - I’d take a replacement. They will not respond to any contacts I’ve made.

Absolute Scam

This is a scam company. It claims that the store is in France, but purchases in the EU are settled in US dollars, and the express delivery comes from China. The clothing is of extremely poor quality but sells at a particular price.

There are sewing problems in the clothes that cause the clothes to be unbalanced. It can't be worn. As well as I purchased a sheep wool coat, but they sent me a polyester one. The cloth doesn't look like new, there are signs of being worn on the collar, cuffs, and hem, it looks like they've been worn.

The most disgusting thing is that the merchants blatantly liedtry, does not want to give refunds but instead of giving a discount for the next purchase. But I insisted on returning the goods, but after countless arguments on the email, the merchant said return goods is my problem not the defective products, and asked me to use a package with tracking. What’s even more ridiculous is that the merchant violated the return policy and did not give back the post cost of return.

If there is a negative score, it is definitely worth it!

Scam- don’t bother

I ordered two items - blouse and skirt- using their size guide. They refunded the blouse because it was no longer available and they couldn’t get more. It took the skirt weeks to arrive from China. It was so small. I ordered a large, as I’m normally an 8-10, and I couldn’t get it to zip. There was a four inch gap in the closure. In order to return or exchange, I have to upload a pic of that and I’m not comfortable. Additionally I’d have to pay return shipping, taxes and customs fees so it is just not worth it.

Scam! Don’t order from them. I should have done my homework!

Do not order from this website. They act like they are a french webshop, but it’s from China. The shipment takes forever and when it’s finally (partially) shipped after weeks of waiting it turns out you have to pay taxes and duties because it’s from outside the EU. Not amused!

Don't buy anything from this site!!!

The product quality is poor, the size is not right, and the shipping is very slow. It was almost 2 months after I placed the order before it was shipped. Moreover, it is very troublesome to return or exchange goods. There is no overseas warehouse, and you need to pay the shipping and customs fees for returns.

US customers do not risk it. The higher price suggests higher quality but the clothes feel cheaply made. Although two of my items were ok I wanted to return a third item which was worth $62.00. I sent three emails to the suggested address and did not receive a response. Scam

The store is a scam. Their sizing is off. I returned the item because it was incredibly large on me and paid 1/3 of the item value for shipping. I still did not receive the refund, although the item arrived at their storage a week ago. Do not be influenced by the Instagram…

Do not be influenced by the Instagram influencers! The clothes are shipped from China and the quality is not great and their sizing is way off. On requesting the option to return, I was offered a 30% refund along with a 30% off coupon and the option of keeping the clothes. I first declined, but after the process of trying to ship the items back to France and wasting postage I ended up not bothering! The clothes are in the bin and I am now trying to get my 30% refund! Lesson learnt, should have read the reviews before ordering.
