They advertise roles, but don't reply. Calling them out for not treating people with respect.

We have used Scurri with ChannelAdvisor for a couple years. We were a key partner in helping set up the integration and have worked closely with them to fix ongoing issues and develop the solutions efficiency.
When the solution works it is acceptable - Its simple, fairly efficient and gets the job done.
However my issue stands with the reliability of the integration, communication when there is an issue and ultimately speediness of the fix.
We currently use several 3rd party integrations with Channel Advisor and Scurri has by far the most downtime. Whilst I understand there are 2 parties in said integration and issues are often caused by the other, this is not my concern. I pay a fee to Scurri for a solution between both parties and expect them to communicate regularly to ensure that the service I pay for has no downtime.
Over various meetings and many phone calls we have a good working relationship with many staff at Scurri. However one thing that grates is the lack of support when we need them. As per most online retailers our busiest time with processing orders is early morning (4-7am) - Scurri can not be contacted before 9am, which is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. So, whenever we have an issue we have to concede that its not going to be fixed quickly (and to prevent letting our customers down) we have to revert to manual methods, which kind of defeats the object.
I have no experience with Scurri in other integrations, but I would not recommend use with ChannelAdvisor.

Using ChannelAdvisor for stock/order management and Scurri for labels/shipment. Great people and good when it all works. Sadly it works badly with ChannelAdvisor. I could forgive this but there is NO support outside of Mon - Fri 9-5.3. Get real Scurri; Christmas is coming and we all work 24/7 apart from you.
Avoid if you use ChannelAdvisor.

The ChannelAdvisor/Scurri integration is much improved. Worked through peak without a hitch this year. Still some reservations re support hours but otherwise working well.

Excellent Service. Scurri makes the processing of orders incredibly easy. We have saved hundreds of hours each year with Scurri. Their customer support is also very good. Fiona could not have been more helpful.

Prior to Scurri, we were manually typing in all orders via Royal Mail DMO system. Due to rapid company growth, this became an issue. Scurri solved this issue, with their direct Magento integration. We've now expanded and use several carriers in Scurri, allowing us to save costs by sending packages on the most cost effective method via Scurri's automation rules. And their customer service team has always been very responsive and helpful.

I signed up with Scurri on a 3 month trial that would start once they'd integrated with my software. Several months on and there was zero progress, so I cancelled the contract and requested a refund. Even more months on and I'm still to receive the refund. I have contacted Scurri several times about this and they have given me quotes from the handbook of how to delay payments to debtors like "please send us your bank details" (which they already had), or "your refund is being processed". The latest, and my favourite, is "please give me until Friday as we're having some financial difficulties".
Clearly very very dodgy. I'd avoid any company that needs 5 months to process a £90 refund because of 'financial trouble' folks...
once this company get hold of your email address, you will be sorry. no amount of unsubscribing or blocking stops them.
Update 5th Feb, Scurri have apologised & now removed me from their mailing list, so four stars for that.
