You advertised an express delivery date…
You advertised an express delivery date then notified me that you would not offer it after I had paid. I needed the sign for a conference and was not able to get it. You should not advertise a guaranteed date and then retract it.

We want to clarify that our website advertisement for express shipping is not false, however, during our busy season we had to stop accepting any rush orders, which we communicated via email on January 20th and we immediately refunded beforehand.

Never knew what to expect when looking for a custom sign off the internet, Sculpt Neon made everything easy. Once I had submitted my idea, they shot back a draft and a proposal, AND A COUPON, and then a few weeks later we had a perfectly sized sign that has been mounted in our window ever since. We love it.
