Support at Sculpiflex.com will never answer your emails!!
Ordered and then found out they were subscribing me to a recurring charge and that apparently the product would not be effective without "the gel". I did not like this tactic and sent an Immediate Cancellation Request to support at sculpiflex.com. 5 mins later I received the order confirmation. I emailed two more times with the order details. Never received a reply. Their AI agent texted me the following day asking "Do you want a discount code, or was price not the issue?"... So clearly they knew that I wanted to cancel the order!! I responded to the AI that price was not the issue, I wanted the order cancelled and it said, "Just email support at support at sculpiflex.com" and they will take care of it. I had already sent 3 emails to support. 10 days later the product arrived in the mail! Sent another email to get my money back, no reply. Sent 3 more emails just asking if someone could reply, no replies. Had my CC Company charge it back and block them from the "recurring" payment. HORRIBLE NON EXISTANT customer service! Do not do business with this company!!!
