Can't fault the two guys that delivered our sofa today, very polite and done a great job all round. Thankyou

All good apart from one thing.

Why oh why when SCS email or message me can they not put the reference number in the subject line.

When I have several items ordered, or even two, when they send me a message saying your item is being delivered tomorrow is totally useless in my point a view. A 3 piece suite may require additional work on my part before delivery as opposed to a set of cushions. A simple fix but would enhance the shopping experience greatly.

Don (119535) and his colleague were friendly polite. They called to let us know when they were 30 mins away and when they arrived they protected the carpets and were very careful so as not to cause any damage. Thank you both

Delivery crew Dougie and Willie delivered new suite on time and very pleasant crew it makes it a more enjoyable delivery when you geta good crew . they put blankets down before coming in with the suite unpacked it andfixed the legs on before leaving .5* well done guys keep up the good work. Have consistently tried to get someone at Livingston centre to answer a phone over two days with no result. Seems consistent with scs that no one wants to chat once they have your money

Tony (568) and mark (302) delivered an item to my house on Monday. Delivery was on time. Both men were friendly and enthusiastic about their job. I will continue to use SCS, they provide excellent customer service.

After a 2 week delay of our new sofa we had it delivered yesterday.
The 2 delivery man (Livingston: Colin 231/Peter 227) made our experience of getting our new sofa very excited.
Both men Assembled our corner sofa and positioned where I was wanting it put in our living room and put all the special pads on feet , and removed all packaging and disposed of it all .
Both men were very polite and helpful from arriving to leaving.

AAAAA - Matt & Josh delivered my new sofas today. They were very polite and helpful, they took my old sofas out ready to be collected later today then, brought my new sofas in and unpacked and positioned them where I asked. Once again I'd like to say a big thank you to Matt & Josh.
