CB1 clinic Accepted me during consultation, mdt confirmed prescription four days later and one hour after that I received a discharge letter stating I wasn’t suitable for medical cannabis, despite having been at Alternaleaf for two years. No reason given.

I sent two web enquiries asking questions about my prescription without reply. Eventually I managed to find a telelphone number amd only then speaking to someone did anything happen. Then I received the package with one syringe whoose measuring numbers washed off after one days use, so I had to order some from Amazon. Now on the app there is no record of my prescription. The product is fantastic but so far the customer service and app are not great.
