New wheels arrived very quickly, well packed and it perfect condition, easy to assemble and look great!

Fantastic customer service and a great product

Order came quicker than initially expected and so far the quality of the wheels seem to be excellent, very happy with the upgrade.

Really accessible website. I made a mistake on my order and they corrected it without a fuss. I needed some further info and it was provided by return. I think they really care about their product and their customers.

I ordered the Scribe Elan SL+ 50 wheels. I haven’t had the chance to test them yet, but the delivery was exactly as promised – fast and smooth. I really appreciate the excellent support; I contacted them several times with different questions and they were always quick, helpful, and professional in their responses. So far, a very positive experience! I’ll need a bit more time to test the wheels properly, but based on the service and communication alone, I would rate them very highly.

Great products and great service.

I have bought one set and, subsequently, another set of wheels from Scribe. Love the lightweight, fast, sturdy wheels. Scribe has been responsive by email to my questions and those of the bike shop that had a question about servicing the wheels when I brought the bike in for routine service.

Excellent company. Contacted them to make sure I was buying the correct part and got a reply the same day. To me, that kind of customer service is worth its weight in gold. Goods were delivered quickly too, can't fault them.

I had an excellent experience with the seller. The ordering process was quick and easy with the cyclescheme voucher, it only took a couple of emails and the order was confirmed. Wheels received within a few days. The rear hub was mistakenly built as SRAM, but Scribe sent out a shimano one the same day to sort this out!
On the bike, the wheels are smooth and feel really quick. Overall a very positive experience and great value for money, thanks!

Great customer service and wheels are great quality. Ive riding on these wheel for about a month and love the performance on them. They are a great value as well. Highly recommended.

There is nothing negative I can say about the entire web based purchasing and shipping experience. The wheels themselves (Elan Super Light 50/60) rode fantastic and met all my expectations with exception of stiffness. Not that they are not stiff enough, but doing sprint drills I did notice they seemed "softer" than expected. Over all I'm extremely pleased with these wheels and I do not believe you can find anything better at their price point. Highly recommended.
