Simple ordering process and arrived within the time specified. Good communication re delivery. Happy with the result though emphasise this is not for a novice to install. We’ve spent 12 months renovating a house top to bottom and we were scratching our heads at times. If your walls are a perfect box then I’m sure you’ll have no problems but if you have an old property where nothing runs true then it’s going to be a lot trickier.

Good quality wardrobes but took a while to arrive

Being predominantly a kitchen fitter for more than 30 years, I had been asked by a client (who had been let down by their wardrobe fitter) to take on the project of the 6 slider wardrobe doors. I have to say… These are bang-on for quality and ease of fitting, they just glide along effortlessly.
I’d recommend these to anyone and everyone, the ease of fitting is certainly within the realms of your average diy-er. It’s really worth getting the 100mm track batons as they’re white vinyl coated as opposed to white paint (as I thought they’d be) plus it’s far easier to pack out and level the base batons than it is to try and pack out and level the metal tracks. Brilliant, just brilliant!

Clear ordering instructions very useful. Easy to use ordering system. Goods delivered efficiently and promptly as advised. Excellent quality wardrobe mirror doors and good value for money.

The units themselves went together quite well. What would have helped is a detailed You Tube type video on the fitting and adjustment of the soft close mechanisms. Otherwise, a good quality, well made unit for the price.

I order custom sized doors for my project and was amazed at how quickly they were manufactured and delivered.
The delivery guys made my life easier by delivering to the location where I needed they which saved me struggling upstairs with them on my own.
On fitting the doors were beautifully and accurately made to my desired specifications.

Doors well made and easy to fit

The wardrobes look great. One liner split in half when it was being screwed in place otherwise would have give 5 stars.

The sliding doors are great. Only downside is that the labels on the doors left a sticky residue, which was difficult to remove.

This is not Screwfix it places order with Spaceslide, so you might as well just go straight to them.
We found out when we rang Screwfix and they had no knowledge of order and had to go to Spaceslide as we had problems with order.
Used the online configurator and input sizes correctly.
Track was delivered too short and it could not be explained, matched height we wanted for doors. However Spaceslide are now replacing track.
Hanging rails were missing from order and being sent.
Doors are too short, so now having to make a header for them to fit as Spaceslide said size was correct. We both checked sizes before placing order and something changed on configurator at checkout. So a warning take screen shots of each stage and unlike us if you are not sure when order placed ring them up. We assumed, wrongly, it was the way the configurator worked giving glass size or something.

The only issue we have had was with the soft closure no clear instruction of how to do this

Everything about these wardrobe doors was easy to do from the initial design online, being able to speak to a human on the helpline, to the delivery. Wardrobes were ready ahead of schedule, delivery company couldn't have been any more organised with calls, text updates etc right down to the hour they were coming. Creme de ia crème is obviously the wardrobe doors themselves which have absolutely transformed our bedroom. Easy to fit and look stunning.

Beautiful and well made packaged well good quality would definitely recommend.

This is the second set of doors we have had from screwfix wardrobes the doors are great love them but the instructions for the soft closures are not clear enough couldn’t get the first set to work on the first wardrobe and I’m pretty good with diy things allowed more time to try and sort it out on the next set my wife looking at YouTube videos and me trying to understand the instructions still couldn’t get them working so gave up so both wardrobes have no soft closures on but love the doors just a shame I couldn’t finish off with the soft closures feel a bit defeated

Would only deliver to inside the front door and not to the upstairs bedroom where they are to be installed, despite being politely asked and what it says before you buy. We were stuck with a week of clambering round them before a whole day of two pensioners manhandling them upstairs.

The product looks fine - they’re not opened or fitted yet - but the service fell way below Screwfix’s usual standards. Bloody inconvenient and if I’d known beforehand, I would have bought elsewhere.

UPDATE 28 Feb 22 - DOWNGRADED TO ONE STAR
Screwfix's response is that their courier simply denies any refusal to deliver to nominated room, although on the day quoted 'Covid' as the reason, despite them both being in the hallway unmasked. No reasoning, no apology, just a flat denial, despite me giving almost no detail of the problem other than it happened. They also only deliver to each area one day per week, so be prepared to take a day off work for the privilege of not having them left where they were promised. If you are installing these upstairs, I'd recommend buying elsewhere as Screwfix have no control over the delivery and will just shrug via email. The doors are very big, highly unwieldy and very heavy, which is probably why the courier legged it and left them inside the front door. They need a two-man lift, so don't take any chances, as you may well drop them on the stairs and then any damage will be down to you.

Shame, really - the courier spoiled a good purchase and put me off ever using Screwfix again.

Difficult process mostly due to delivery company who delivered the wrong items/missing items three times and cancelled one delivery visit altogether, so it took a few weeks to assemble two towers with drawers. Quality ok with mdf but still we considered expensive for the finished self-assembled article.
Probably wouldn't repeat the experience.
