This company does not like processing returns and giving refunds.

Steer clear of this company at all cost if you are someone that likes to deal with a company that values customer service and has a half decent amount of integrity. Order placed for a Bose sub on 3rd of Sept Order delivered on the 4th Sept and left with very damaged packaging without being signed for. Request for return made on 4th Sept. Item was not collected until Monday 20th September and delivered and signed for on Tuesday 21st of September. As per the Distance Selling Laws set by Trading Standard the seller now has 14 days to refund the customer. I felt I needed to phone Screen Moove (Snugfort) as today was the 14th day since they had received the goods back and within an hour my refund had been issued advising that the funds may take up to 10 days to appear in my account. I always say you should judge a company on how they deal with things when they go wrong not right. SO FOR THIS REAON I WOULD SAY 0/10 AND ISSUE A VERY SEVERE STEER CLEAR WARNING!

I had the wrong address saved in my…

I had the wrong address saved in my account when placing the order, so the courier was set to deliver to the wrong place. I reached out to ScreenMoove and they quickly updated the address and even moved the delivery to Saturday at no extra cost.

No customer service

Terrible service. One screen arrived damaged which I understand is not their fault but they repeatedly failed to look in to this despite me chasing.
Ordered a replacement screen which ended up being delivered a week late to the wrong address, which again I understand is not their fault yet credit has not been completed despite again chasing - no response at all. Ended up getting the screen from JP-UK who were super helpful and got it to us in 24hrs.

Our records confirm that both your refund and shipping credit were issued. However, due to an internal error, the shipping credit was applied as store credit instead of being returned to your original payment method. We are correcting this immediately. While the damaged delivery and late replacement were outside of our control, since your report was above 10 days we continued to support your case, arranged delayed delivered item collection, and absorbed significant shipping costs to ensure the matter was resolved in your favour for your satisfaction.

We acknowledge that communication could have been better, and this is an area we are addressing. Even though most suppliers require damage to be reported within 48 hours, we continued to act in good faith and pursued the case on your behalf.

Please remain in contact with our support team as your case is still open and in progress. They are working to bring this to full resolution.

I placed my order late at night but…

I placed my order late at night but realized I had entered the wrong address. I immediately sent an email asking for it to be changed, not really expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise, I received a response in the middle of the night confirming that my address had been updated. Even more shocking, in the morning doorbell rang and my product was delivered. Such fast and attentive service made me extremely happy!
