UPDATE:
SEND THE IPAD BACK, JUST TO RECEIVE IT BACK UNDELIVERED AFTER A WEEK.
AT THIS POINT I'M REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AS YOU SIMPLY DIDN'T REPAIR MY DEVICE NEITHER DID YOU INFORM ME OF YOU NOT PROCESSING ORDERS.
This will be a great read for newspapers.
I will also get obdusman involved to get my money back as they don't refund you, they tell you to claim it trough your card provider.
You'll hear from me soon.
Send an ipad air for repairs.
Broken charging port and working cracked screen.
Rexeived a device dead and not charged so I had a feeling something went wrong.
Boy was i right.
Screen replaced, but charging port wasn't.
So i paid for both services 2hich comes to about 80£.
Left the ipad on charger and guess what? Still broken, still not charging.
Emailed them already and have no response.
Not sending any more devices to them.
Now I have ipad with new front glass that i can't use because the guys who do testing on our devices forgot to repair and test my charging port. I will be asking for a full refund soon. If that doesn't help, will invite authority to look at this situation.
Funny part is i have an email from them saying is all done and working and now they will TEST it.

Experience from the start was great
Experience from the start was great, quick and easy delivery and repair, responses were very fast with the enquiries I had. Received my device in perfect condition with my screen replaced however after I received my phone, I tried to contact them via email and got no response back. They messed up my touch sensitivity which I emailed them regarding and I got no response! So now I’ve got a faulty device. Also promised a one year warranty ? Disguting
