Think Twice
Don't deliver when they say they will. When they are late they just say "somebody should have sent you an email!". You ring up for tracking details, as they advise, and they give various DUBIOUS stories: "supplier was hacked", "it's here now, you'll get it tomorrow", etc. none of which is true. Don't reply to URGENT emails, left in the lurch, cost me thousands.
