I must say my experience with Scrap App was great! A smooth evolution. I dealt with John. He is professional, to the point, and understanding. I am very pleased with how John and the tow driver picked my car up before 9AM. They are very reliable and I was offered more than what I expected! I had been ghosted by a previous company so I was a little skeptical but it couldn't have gone better. They gave me twice what the other company offered and came when they said they would. The request form that I had to fill out was quick and simple and the response was very fast. The offer made was reasonable and they came and picked it up and hauled away for free. I was given a check at time of pick up and had no issues getting it cashed.
