The virtual interview was a very positive experience. I found the process professional, smooth and well organized, with relevant questions that allowed me to demonstrate my experience and suitability for the Travel & Hospitality Manager role. I appreciated the convenient format and the overall quality of the interview experience.

It was my first AI interview. I was impressed by the quality of the questions and how accurate the transcribing was. It was however too one-sided (me responding essentially) so I could not learn anything about the company

The experience was very smooth and it did not feel like talking to a machine at all.

Testing the skills and competencies acquired so far in the current environment. Improving them under new conditions.
The questions set are near-to practical situations where the incumbent is supposed to face the real challenges, based on unique circumstances.

Overall, I found the experience good. The AI was very receptive to user related mistakes. Some of the areas where the platform could use improvement are:
1: The microphone wasnt working and couldn't speak my answers out.
2: Since I had to type my answers, I believe some more time should have been provided beyond the 15min limit for my interview

It was a well drafted questionnaire testing the thinking ability as well as keeping the questions relevant.

Easy to do but the mic wasn't working at all at the session.

I liked this experience as I found the system and solution proposed innovative, challenging and efficient as it captures soft skills and personnality traits including response time that might not be captured partially or fully during a face to face hiring process

The questions were real world scenarios that we see in today's challenging corporate world.

As such not much information is available for the company, but from the interview questions, I can assume that company is looking for Gr.CFO with overview multiple manufacturing business,challanges at various levels and matured decision making to achieve financial goals of the group.

Yes its great and makes you clearly understand the roles and responsibilities one needs to align in the same.
