The seminar is very informative. I would recommend, I just would of like to know up front how much money I should of had with me. I would of not register the day I went. I would of waited till I had the money to sign up. The fact that they are behind you every step off the way as mentors and financial partners is what we as starters need, that is a promise that make and keep. A couple of success stories

Loved it, I have the knowledge and drive and I will make it but because of my credit I will have to do it the hard way but hey you fight for what u want rite

The training was very informative and the instructor seemed very knowledgeable of the subject matter, was engaging, and believable. I thought presenting the students with the “opportunity” to apply for a line of credit, then upselling them additional training and mentoriing, was pretty clever. The prices were a bit steep, but if the student can use their new line of credit to fund the training, i guess that’s a moot point.

Since I’m a technologist by trade, i found the cost for the “Deal Desk Pro” software to be ridiculously high (quoted $5k) since it is just a rebranded web-based application, which can be purchased via monthly subscription with a 30-day free evaluation. Yes, i was able to find the software and is currently evaluating it.

Bottom line, i thought the seminar/training was beneficial and worth the tuition fee, because while i know the same information can be found on YouTube/Internet, i prefer instructor-led training. I actually enjoyed it and learned some strategies that will certainly add value to my approach to real estate investment.

It was a wonderful time, mine there. I went basically because I was only curious (and because of the free food) and left with my name registered for the upcoming seminar next weekend and $1,200.00 less in my bank account! (I also left before the food was delivered.

Now I am very certain my life is going to change forever and for better and look forward starting the "Flipping" of houses.

Great information. I guess my question would be why do you need us? You have the information, you have the funding, you have the people set up for support. Why do you need to incorporate another middle man?

The seminar was very inspiring. I was amazed about how many resources are out there to help people invest in real estate.

Excellent presentation. Amazing opportunity if I had the money. It will take me a few more months to round up the enrollment cost. ( I just had a furnace go out on my rental.3200$ 6 days ago.ugg..) I plan to follow up and buy in year to year to get my business started. Thanks again for the event

The presentation was not a bust like most other similar real estate programs. Seeing Scott and Amie was the icing on the cake.

The numbers don't lie and I wish I had the money needed to buy into the program. I have a knack for finding good deals and am passionate about rehabbing houses.

Great experience....
If I had had the $1,141 dollars I would have definately signed up for the 3 day class....
Maybe I am a sucker, but I really could see myself finally living a life of security....
I certainly hope this opportunity will come again and maybe I will have the finances at the time to run with it....

Seems like best opportunity I've ever heard for making money in real estate. Particularly like the personal help that they say will be available in this endeavour.

It was good I like every thing about it just bad thing for me didn't have Monsey to join it with you I'm disabled and have fix in come but wound love to do the stuff he taller about to give me and wife some freedom of life not to get rich but live nices.

I love it how Dino was up front and honest about the cost of the program from day one. It was a little bit of a sticker shock but we signed up for the program and can't wait to get started! When you think about everything you get from the program, it is a steal....as long as the ROI is bigger...I'm sure it will be!!! Shon are consultant was awesome as well!!! The three Day workshop was very professional educational . All the instructors were courteous and willing to answer questions . I enjoyed it very much thank you for having me there . When I get more money I will buy the advance education diamond elite 360 program for your mentor ship and all the programs I need to be come and elite real estate investor . Best seminar I’ve attended and I’m 60. Everything was laid out perfectly given to us at the appropriate time at answering questions sessions everything was covered from top to bottom. Andrew Cordell and his team Jon Justin Jeremy and Jenny were all top-notch trainers and instructors. Bath time I’ve left Sunday afternoon I was completely brain-dead but so excited to start the next process of boots on ground training. This is by far worth any amount of money and I was so happy I was able to start this new life I will be hazwzving due to Scott Yancey and. Thank you again for changing my life forever.

Loved the event. From someone who is a social worker who is very skeptical of financial programs it was worth every penny to attend the 3 day event. Looking forward to the additional training and attending the Summit.

I am very excited and motivated for what I read but the weekend brought for me and especially what which was talking about you the whole entire seminar. Just a little concerned though because I have no idea what I’m doing and I do want to be able to pay the loan back really get educated and in I’ll be able to close my first year deal to make sure that the knowledge I have been given I’m able to practice it.
