Super service from Scotts PCs . Scott had my really slow PC up and running withing 24 hours. Would use agin for sure

I had an issue with my MSI Katana gaming laptop, the fans were needing replaced.
Scott quoted me very fairly for the labour involved and also sent me links to the parts needed, unlike other business' I had contacted. Scott sent me links, explained the prices do vary depending on quality etc.
I chose to go with Scott due to his due diligence and time/effort taken to assist me in the best way possible. I felt like my laptop was in great hands.

When I ordered the recommended fans, they came next day delivery. Scott told me to bring the laptop and fans over and he'd have it back to me as soon as it was done.

When the fans were dropped off with the laptop, Scott immediately took 5-10 mins to chat about my uses with the computer as well as the repair he would carry out, including what process he was about to take.

During the whole time my laptop was with Scott, he kept me updated, messaging me with updates / how it was going. He even went above and beyond to fully clean out the internals. This only took Scott a matter of 2 hours or so.

Overall, my experience with Scott was A+, great guy, insightful, knowledgeable and also top class customer service.

I would recommend using Scott for your computer solutions, I will certainly be keeping him as a contact in my phone for moments like these.

Laptop is now working as if it's a brand new laptop.

Have known Scott for many years he has built pc's for me and repaired some when faulty. Perfect gentleman with a fantastic knowledge on computers and software. Wouldn't think twice about phoning him for for any issues I have. Also does house calls for repairs which is a god send when you have a water cooled pc as these things are not made for transporting about.

Saved me many days of pulling my hair out and fixed my pc in 30 mins and he was very kind and talkative. 20/10 would recommend to everyone having pc problems!
