An absolutely quality honey produced in Scotland,myself and my family have no complaints whatsoever.
The customer who posted the negative review about 'crystallized' honey is clearly someone who hasn't bought honey before.

First time ordering from the Scottish…
First time ordering from the Scottish bee company, and I've got to say it'll most likely be the last. I've tried to contact them via email and the the 'contact us' form on their webpage, to no avail ...signature honey was very crystallized, not smooth and creamy as the back of the jar suggested! Overpriced I'd say for the quality. I was really looking forward my order arriving and ended up disappointed ☹️

We're sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the honey. Crystallisation is a natural process in pure honey, especially when stored in cooler temperatures. It doesn’t affect the quality, and you can easily return it to a smoother consistency by gently warming the jar in warm (not boiling) water.

A previously happy customer, totally disenchanted!
My first experience with this company was great and I enjoyed their products. I recently placed a further order as I had used all the products I bought initially which I enjoyed immensely.
However, my recent order for 7 jars of various honeys was placed through Shop. Promising delivery within 3-5 days, 10 days later and I am still without my order.
I have left voicemail messages, sent text messages, used their ChatBot all to no avail. In fact, all contact with the company has been ignored.
It is a shame as I enjoyed the products but following this experience I don't think I will be ordering from them again!

"Beautiful Honey" not had in the comb since school in1977 from the bees on the school roof.
I shall definitely bee [excuse the pun] ordering again from the Scottish Bee company. Taste the nature.

Not happy!
My first experience with this company was good - though I didn't think it was that cheap - and so I bought a second jar of heather honey and a honey comb. The honey is great, my honeycomb filled half the tin it is contained in. Not value for money at all, not the same as the first order. Contact with the company has been ignored. I don't think this experience has encouraged me to buy a third time!
