Speedy delivery for authentic Scottish products

Hats off to Scottish Hampers. We sent an item to Edinburgh, to a relative who is struggling , but got the address slightly wrong and it was delivered to the wrong home. Although it was our error, Grant from Scottish Hampers sorted a new delivery at no extra cost. Gone the extra mile!

I found them on Google as I wanted to get someone a hamper very quickly. They went above and beyond to get the hamper right at very short notice. I really can't recommend this company enough, even though I've only used them once. The customer service was absolutely top notch.

Initially I had an issue with my order but Scottish Hampers went above and beyond to rectify this once the issue was identified and the recipient was very pleased with the quality of the products. I feel the best measure of a company is how they deal with complaints and I cannot fault Scottish Hampers in this regard, they were very professional.

I have to say the best company i have ever deal with. There was an issue with my order but once tthey realised it was sorted out instantly. Thank you guys and i will be ordering from the all the time from now on

after a non gluten free haggis was delivered having ordered a gluten. free one, Scottish hampers couldn't have been more helpful. we were on a deadline as leaving for a trip. A new order was sent out that same day and delivered overnight.

The products seem OK, but the pricing is less than transparent. It's only when you checkout that the delivery charge is added and VAT, which together put the final price nearly 30% higher than I was expecting. So I shopped elsewere.

Spent almost £48 on a create your own biscuit hamper. Arrived in a nondescript cardboard box which, when opened, revealed a basic red cardboard tray with fake papery straw. Apparently this constitutes ‘Luxury Tray & Packaging’ - for which I paid £10!!! Embarrassed to give this to my dad for his 70th - could have made it much more attractive myself at a much cheaper cost. Absolute robbery.

The presentation was impressive, and the selection of Scottish treats – from smoked salmon and artisan cheese to chutneys – was spot on. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was quick and reliable. We’ll definitely be returning to Scottish Hampers for future client gifts this Christmas.

Brilliant - the owner brought me my hamper on the same day as I ordered as I was just 20 minutes from him. Lovely quality and presentation. Didn’t even charge me delivery!

Great hampers, lovely products and arrived quickly

I would give zero stars if I could. Birthday hamper never arrived, e-mailed 7 times and attempted to call 6 times, totally ignored. Raised dispute with credit card company, who refunded me and raised a claim with the company, as soon as they did that lo and behold the hamper was finally delivered FIVE weeks late ! Never use them again and have reported to Trading Standards.

Phone line dead, no dispatch email, item hasn’t arrived on the date selected and no way to contact. Waited in for delivery which was clearly never going to arrive. I now have to rush to find a replacement gift. Luckily I have paid via PayPal so can reclaim my money.

I will be contacting trading standards about this company.
