Fantastic service and very helpful staff from my first phone call to the last after my trust deed was set up . Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting help with there debt to give J3 debt solutions a call

Woudnt touch this company with a 10ft barge pole - promised call backs never came, rude staff who dont really know what theyre doing and when you ask them to remove personal info of yours off the system, they never respond and it takes you to force their hand with threatening to go to the ICO for them to do something about it.

Overall, feels like an amateur company run my amateurs.
