Would not recommend Scott Home Services…

Would not recommend Scott Home Services for anything! They are not trustworthy and do not a thorough job. Especially Matt O’Meara who performed our home inspection for our new house . We were told by Matt that we had a passive radon mitigation system during the inspection. We hired a radon specialist to active the system to reduce the radon levels in the house a lo and behold the system doesn’t exist. When this was brought to Scott Home Inspection and Matt’s attention, Matt conveniently did not recall the conversation. What a POS. They didn’t even offer as good gesture to cover a portion of the system that I paid them to check and confirm that was there. If I could give zero stars I would.

High quality experience

Our experience was excellent from the beginning. Our communication was always prompt on setting appointments and reminders. We met with Scott in person at the property and he toured us around to see various issues. His advice was helpful on rating the. Issues that needed attention from the seller. He went into detail that was easy to understand.
