I ordered a pair of trainers from Scotby and their turn around and delivery time exceeded my expectations. One of the reasons for choosing Scotby was the no fuss returns policy but this was not required as the trainers were a good fit.
I would use their online service again.

I made my first order on a KASK VERTIGO helmet to Scotby Cycles late on Tuesday evening from Sweden and the helmet arrived on Friday morning. Impressive delivery performance.

From start to finish I knew when my tracked item was shipped and arrived. In perfect condition.

Was looking for a Kask aero helmet and the offer on the site seemed to good to be true when compared to other online bike stores. Went ahead and received helmet within 48 hours. Amazing purchasing experience, and have already recommended to others. Will be buying from Scotby again.

I bought an Osprey daypack which met my requirements but I had only seen online, so I wasn't 100% sure about it- the size, comfort etc. Scotby Cycles' "we want you to be completely happy" refund policy provided great reassurance. The bag arrived very quickly, am I am delighted with it. No need to return - but good to know that I could have done so easily as it was not an inexpensive purchase. I would thoroughly recommend Scotby Cycles and will definitely look on their site next time I need something.

I ordered a raincover for my rucksack. I chose this company because they were one of the very few online companies who had the item I wanted in stock and they were the cheapest. Ordering was simple and I received my order within a day or two. They have followed my order up with a 5% discount code for future use. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service. Considering the goods were sent to my home, and that is in the Scottish Highlands, they arrived quicker than expected, and with free p&p. Some companies use an address in the Scottish Highlands as an excuse to pile on the p&p charges. Well done to Scotby Cycles for not doing this.

I am extremely impressed with Scotby Cycles. I ordered a road bike (my first) from them last Wednesday and it arrived the following afternoon. It was packaged beautifully and had full instructions about assembling. It proved straightforward, even for a novice.
I now wish Scotby could have a word with the Weather Gods so I could get outside and try out my new bike.
I can recommend them unreservedly.

Bought Endura trousers and they managed the best price including postage and shipped really quickly. I would recomend them to anyone and will continue to use them
