Ordered an iTech Planer but needed to have a very specific delivery time slot and delivery truck requirement due to location of workshop. Mark at S&G made all the arrangements and the delivery arrived spot on time from our local PalletLine depot. The iTech PT310B planer is superb and excellent value.

Scott + Sargent were very professional especially Adam Smyth and understanding of my business needs. Once we purchased the machine we had an engineer called George it was an amazing experience with him teaching us how to use the program.He was very knowledgeable and easy to explain any we questions asked.I will definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Superb service and quick order processing. They carry all the hard-to-find hardware such as CMT accessories and ER20 hardware for routers (like what Jessem POW R Tek motors use). Great customer service, couldn't do enough for us to ensure the order was correct. This was an urgent order and they made special arrangements to ensure the blades arrived on time, in fact they arrived 2 days early!

Brilliant company to deal with. Have had correspondence to do with customs and technical info, really swift and competent response by email and phone. First company that have got back to me at 7am via email.

What a brilliant company.
I purchased an eccentric clamp for my saw's sliding table. Its details suggested it should fit the T-slot on my table but when it arrived its screw fixing was too large a diameter (M12). I phoned their helpline, they arranged to deliver a re-engineered clamp that would fit and for the delivery company (APC) to return the original. All at no extra cost. Really pleased with the result. Excellent service so will definitely use them again.
