Unusable Code, Unqualified Team, Unfulfilled Promises
We hired Scopic to develop a web-based cabinet configurator including UX/UI design, 3D visualization, and core configuration features. The result was deeply disappointing.
None of the agreed deliverables were delivered in a usable state. The source code was entirely unusable and had to be completely rewritten from scratch. Core interactions were incomplete, the workflow lacked consistency, and basic quality standards were not met.
Communication was functional, but promises regarding quality and delivery timelines were never kept. The only reliable process was invoicing — payments were tracked meticulously, and development was immediately halted if a payment was delayed. Financial pressure was applied without hesitation, while actual delivery commitments were consistently ignored.
A review of the assigned developers' LinkedIn profiles revealed that virtually none of them listed any Unity experience — despite this being a core requirement of the project. The team was simply not qualified for the work they were hired to do.
Avoid if your project requires genuine technical expertise and reliable delivery.
