Ordered one of these for my nephew and accidentally put the wrong postcode in for the delivery so was worried he would not receive it in time for Christmas however customer service took care of it and were really polite and helpful.

Bought the Xiaomi Pro 2 for commuting around the city centre and its easily the best way to get around. Fast, long battery life and compacts down when being stored.

I contacted Scoote and they gave me more info on the product than expected. For my sons height and weight they advised me to go for the cheaper model. This was surprising because usually companies oversell the expensive products but they really wanted to help.
It’s been delivered and I really can’t wait for him to get it open as he’s been asking for it all year.

I have had an amazing experience with Scoote - they have sold me 2 scooters. I originally bought the xiomi which after many months of good use i upgraded to the dark knight. I contacted scoote about my first scooter as it had a charging problem and they were really helpful as they collected my scooter and fixed it for only £20. I now have my two scooters, which both i could not fault, to use reaching speeds of 20mph and 30mph
