ordered a new battery pack that was in stock.
No battery no communication no response what so ever.15 emails sent no response.£280.00 gone.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very happy. There was a problem with my order but it was sorted out promptly and to complete satisfaction.

Under know circumstances buy from this company. They will not honour warranty in fact they are uncontactable. The manufacturer of these escooters said they don't exist any more. Avoid at all costs.

Need to provide an update from previous message where no notifications were received for the decent scooter battery my son ordered.
Tracking information was finally received on Wednesday 14/2 and the battery delivered yesterday.
Still no email response from scooter geeks though. Glad I received my delivery but disappointed with the responses/updates from this service.

We bought my son a scooter for Christmas. The scooter is faulty we have emailed them but having no reply and not able to contact them any other way.

They wrote wrong value on the package. 275 GBP (inmotion v10 charger)
Its way off the value.
So because of that custom toll wanted 3 times more than the charger cost. (Cash) import fee.
Disappointed.

I bought a used scooter from here couple months ago the decent electric scooter I'm still using it to this day great for short commutes bike was in good condition only thing I would say is mine came without the bell apart from that really good place to order from.

2nd scooter bought from these guys. Both have arrived faulty or have broken pretty soon after using.

Well this is my 4th purchase, ordered and delivered exactly as described in two days.

The ‘30 day money back guarantee” that they slap all over everything to make you feel like they’re a decent company isn’t worth the power it uses to fire up your pixels. That’s only for if you don’t even open the box!! I bought a secondhand scooter that stopped charging after about 20 days. They wouldn’t allow me to return it. And without me talking at all with a repair person, the sales people just constantly wanted me to buy more stuff from them to see if it might fix it. None of which would have fixed it (I know as I took it to get repaired and it wasn’t any of the things they piecemeal kept drip-selling me hoping it might sort it). But this company, 20 days after purchasing from them, were really quite happy to leave me with a £250 door stop.

It came very quickly and the scooter is basically brand new but the battery life isn’t the greatest other then that the scooter was very good and it was a massive bargain too
