My experience goes back over 2 years. June 2023, I purchased a Honda long sleeve t-shirt. I’m pleased to say, I did originally receive it. However, I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. Sent it back using their free return policy. A few weeks went by, hadn’t received an email or the replacement. I rang - no response. Sent them emails - ignored. Still to this day, no exchange nor refund. I’ve since discovered ‘Scooters! Ltd have gone into administration. No chance of ever getting my money back now. I’m just one of many who’ve been left dissatisfied

I ordered a NIU ebike from them website, after weeks of waiting they told me that the model was out of production from NIU, the problem is that they didn't refund me yet so I need to go through court now to get my money back.
Stay away from this scammer.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. I wish I had read the other reviews on this website before purchasing bike parts from Scooters Ltd back in mid April 2021. The goods did not arrive and my emails went unanswered and phone calls just go through to a call handing service.

It looks like Scooters ltd are also trading under different names such as Bike-Parts_Honda and Chelsea Bikes. This is a scam and do not buy from any of these companies. Luckily, I purchased via PayPal who I raised a dispute with and they sorted out the refund in about 14 days.

When checked with a reliable company they could get the item next day. Not 3 weeks with no reply.

Doesn’t answer phone or emails.

Purchased a part for my Honda shadow through the website. nearly two weeks ago and shipping has not been updated. I have attempted to make contact with the store via email several times with no response. I have also contacted via paypal messaging system again with no response at all from seller.

DO NOT BUY from this company as they will just take your money and not send the item. hell, even the "reviews" on their webpage is run by them solely for use of their branch of websites: trust-certification.com as as you can see the reviews left have been checked before allowing them to become visable.

Avoid at all costs.

Paypal dispute is now open.
