The negative reviews on here are spot on - the five star reviews are for unrelated services. The poor rating is appropriate but this listing overall is crap because Trustpilot have done nothing about it despite being alerted to the problem because they dont give a dhit. The company is "Superpedestrian" and they operate as Link scooters - this listing is incorrectly named and categorised.

Used this service in Tenerife with my wife - both times we attempted to use the scooters they failed. The first time my wife’s scooter stopped operating after a couple minutes despite showing a full battery. We couldn’t find anywhere nearby to park and were later fined €20 by the link for apparently not parking it in one of their allocated spaces despite their scooter failing after a short use. Second time we used it my scooter failed and I had to walk it to a designated spot. Would have cheaper and easier to get a taxi or walk to our destination. Do not use this company

Don’t ever ride with this company. I missed my flight because the f..ing app didn't let me end the ride. There was a bug & wherever I went it said No parking area while it was clearly showing in the app that it was their f..ing parking area. Never ever renting from this company again

No e scooters available

Paid for what I thought was 30 days use. Fine print: free first 10 minutes for 30 days. Then after a week app stopped finding charged scooters.I think person charging scooters is away or company is going bankrupt. Either way, I am not getting value. Hard to contact company.

RIP OFF

Total rip off,app doesn't recognise designated parking areas and continues to charge whilst you are trying to park it.Rode on the scooter for 4 minutes, got charged 4 euros. One euro per minute,I could've paid someone to push me on a scooter less

None

None. I had tried link scooters for the first time in Columbus oh for red white and boom on July 1st. There was no note that said the scooter was unavailable to use in that area that day. Me and my husband had already scanned in a scooter to use. Because all of downtown Columbus was blocked off that day we would have had to walk 20 miles to get it out if the no use zone. The app would not let us end the trip because of the no use zone and there was no way to tell it we could not get it out of the zone. We were charged a total of 30 dollars and never got to ride a scooter at all. I am very disappointed that there was no way to contact support to fix this issue. We will not use the scooters ever because this experience was awful. We paid for a service that was never even used. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

App wouldn't let me stop my ride!

I went to go stop my ride and the app said there was an "error" it would not let me stop by the ride. I tried to take off my card, wouldn't let me.. I tried to scan the code, and manually punch in the code and nothing was working. I called the support line on the scooter and was on hold for 10 min, all the while being charged. VERY frusterating. Not run well at all, don't ride unless you want to get charged way more than you bargained for.

Link shouldn't be allowed to do business...

I had been riding Link scooters for almost a year. Recently I haven't been able to unlock a scooter because they demand you have $20 in your account to hold. I have $6 on my account and they won't allow me to ride (unlocking is $1) or refund my money. Customer service doesn't help. This was never a problem before but if I am going to spend $20 per ride it will be on an Uber not a scooter. The worst part is that I am a member of the LinkUp program...however now they made it so expensive to ride that it's not even possible without pouring hundreds of dollars into rides during the course of a month. This was my main mode of transportation to work but now I am looking for a different cost effective way to make it to my place of employment. Avoid Link scooters at all costs. They are not a trustworthy or dependable company.

Customer service is non-existent. Any support request you send or reply to gets an auto-response from a Bot. There don't appear to be any humans in the customer support department, or, if there are any, they certainly don't give a crap about customers. Horrible company.

On holiday in Lanzarote

On holiday in Lanzarote. There are a lot of scooters about so decided to try one. The first one wouldn’t scan and wouldn’t accept the manually entered code.
The second one kept cutting out - no idea why, there doesn’t appear to be any way to find out. I have been charged for 30 seconds on a faulty scooter - great business model.

Horrendous customer support. They charged me almost 40 euro for a trip that usually costs me 2 euro. I've been waiting for help since last week.

Dangerous faults, broken app, no support

App is broken, support never answer, scooters show on map that don’t exist, scooters on map that do exist don’t unlock, acceleration and speed changes and scooter pauses when not in exclusion zone, makes you add payment method every single time, badly run and dangerous, WIND were fine, LINK are criminal.

Worst customer service EVER

This company is so poorly ran its almost humorous. I've not been able to start up a scooter for weeks on end (after already having paid and filled my wallet with funds) and every time I call for 'help' , they submit a ticket to the 'technical department' to let them know I cannot use the product I PAID for....
Nobody has ever gotten back to me nor have they ever fixed my problem. They sure are holding my money though.
BEWARE customer service reps don't have power to do anything but spin you in another direction. Ev3n when things are blatantly wrong.
Abysmal and disgustingly cheap, apathetic company.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Parked in the blue area and still continued to charge and will not end the ride whatsoever. It took me 20 mins to get through customer service and the rep still had to submit to end the ride. Ride came out to $20 for a $2 ride. Requested to change the amount and they closed the claim 3 days later with no response.

Very poor app and 0 customer service!

I got through with my scooter and parked in a you designated area in Jacksonville when I started to finish the outtold me I was illegally parked it's illegally parked and had to go to a blue area. I was in a blue area and had to ride 3 blocks further to find another one and park it there and it finally allowed me to stop the meter from running but it added another 5 minutes to my ride.
I tried calling the customer service number and tried all the prompts that it gave me to reach a live person and it kept telling me that That they were unable to complete my call and to try again I tried 3 more times and never did get through.
I have used other scooters like Bird and Spin and never had a problem I will never use another link scooter again!
