SCIS OWE US £300
SCIS contracted my husband to fix a hole their engineers created. He did the work to a high standard and since then they’ve disappeared without paying him.
They owe us £300.
No contacts can be reached, they have disappeared off the face of the earth.
We are a small family business and this has created massive financial difficulties for us.
What an awful company.

Great SCIS service I can recommend
Great SCIS service from beginning to the end of the process, which by the way took only 9 days .
Surveyor George came Saturday check if our house qualifies, and week Monday we had our cavity walls insulation done.
Incredible.
We live in 3 bedroom detached house ,built early 2000s, and you can see the difference with your heating from day 1 after installation.
It's really works and most important is completely free.
I want say big thank you for Geraldine Faccinhello who booked our engineers team so quick, literally next day, for Kevin Golding our great engineer who answered all my questions about insulation beads and did the job professionally,and Jack Williams,gentleman who asked me if job was done well and if I was satisfied.

I was contacted by Jack Williams and asked to leave a review of the service and I am happy to do so.
All of the people I dealt with (sadly i did not get all of the names) from the lovely lady in the office who dealt with my enquiries, the initial surveyor, the electrician, the roofer and the installation engineer Anatolii Isachkov all delivered excellent service. Although removing my loft boards was not something that they were required to do, or were even paid for, they happily did this as they understood that I was unable to complete this myself. Anatolii also replaced the boards after the job was done and I was certainly not expecting that! The only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that there seemed to be such long waits in between each appointment which meant the process took a long time. Overall very happy with my experience.

The insulation was quick and efficient the staff were very helpful and answered all the questions I had to ask. I’m still awaiting the DNO approval letter G98/99 from the installer can you chase that up. Thank you

The operation to install the insulation…
The operation to install the insulation was smooth and without any hitches. The only problem that arose was with a vent fitted on one window which resulted in two last minute cancellations of the follow up visit where the administration should have been more joined up. Jack Williams was most helpful in sorting through this.
