I bought some manga from here, it arrived on time and was packaged well. there was a problem with the spine of a book damaged, I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. I would definitely buy from here again.

Great variety and quick delivery
Always an excellent collection of books with lots of different versions eg US copies. Good communication on delivery estimates, always very well packaged. Only had good experiences.

Sent to wrong address twice…
I gave 2 stars because my books got sent to the wrong address. The first yes I made a mistake but for the second package I called and emailed to change the address to my current one. I was assured that they had sorted it out and that my books would be sent to my new address. However that didn't happen. I had to pay out travel fare just to go back to my old address to pick up my books. And since I'm disabled it was a real pain.
