Supporting the real life coaches
As a current developing S and C coach, the information science for sport have put out has been so invaluable to me. I learnt a lot through my university degree but science for sport filled in the gaps that I wasn’t exposed to or aware of e.g. MAS training. Always provide n innovative ideas for low budget coaching such as their isometric mid thigh pull testing. They’re doing the things all coaches need and I cannot recommend them enough
