I ordered it and waited few days for shipping. I wrote an email to ask for tracking number. As a response I received DPD tracking number which show ,, received,,. Package was mentioned as 0.25kg although two items without package are heavier in reality. Over a week it was circulating between delivery hubs in Zürich Kanton (Sending was inside one Kanton), but never to my address. My friend Helped me to call them, the courier said they were delivering yesterday but I refused the package. Today I left my friend at home and went to work. I noticed that status of my delivery changed to ,, delivered,,. I thought she pick it up being at home all day. Unfortunately nothing was delivered. Instead I got email from the shop that my order was delivered. Where?! ... I think this person either directly or indirectly work for DPD and do this for everyone. I cannot believe I let myself to be scanned like this. I'll report this shop and try to receive my money back.

Placed an order over two weeks ago. A girl reached out to me telling me that she mistakenly got my package and got told to send it back. Since than I contacted the company multiple times per mail and dm and didn’t get any answer nor my package. Give me my money back or ship it

My labubu order has not been delivered its been over 2 months. They never respond to my mails or dm’s i tryed everything they just got away with my money and they didn’t even give me a refund or an explanation nothing. This company is a scam I don’t recommend buying anything I am very very disappointed they should have at least given me an explanation!

I have placed 2 orders for 6 labubus and 2 clothes sets, received only clothes so far. Tracking number was from China. No reason to pay more, better to order from Aliexpress with their guaranties as for me.
I asked where is the rest, Customer support did not reply, not even acknowledged my request
Would not order again and world not recommend
