Always had a good experience. Ordered a few times. Always been happy with the service and quality of products.

On February 15th, you reached out to us via email inquiring about your order, and we promptly replied, again informing you that the item you ordered was out of stock. We offered to either change the item or provide a full refund, and you selected the refund option. We informed you that the refund request would be processed immediately.
We were surprised to see that you left a negative review and disputed the charge with your bank on the same day that we provided the refund. We regret that you feel that our business practices are a "scam." We assure you that this is not the case, and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
We understand that the delay in receiving your order and the communication regarding the out of stock item may have caused frustration, and we apologize for that. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and we always aim to make things right.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope this explanation clears up any confusion.

Two months later, still no order
Edit** since this post Schwanero have issued a refund **
My item was ordered on 23.12.21. At the time of writing this post it still has not arrived. Initially Schwanero were responsive to my emails and confirmed they would track it via the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail have reportedly confirmed that it has been delivered, however, it hasn’t been received at my address. I was told a refund would be processed on 06.02.22 but this still hasn’t arrived nor have I had a response to my last three emails.
Not good customer service and a waste of £90
Buyers beware and if you do buy, use a credit card!!!!

Worth the wait
Had an issue with the sizing but eventually they sorted this out and my daughters trainers arrived just in time for Christmas. Takes a while for delivery but worth the wait . Very pleased
