Ordering the correct part and receiving it on time
I wanted to make certain that I ordered the correct part for the bell and the representative that helped me was kind, patient and helped me with that. (I was looking at the wrong assembly to order and she helped me order just what I needed.) The part arrived in time to get the bell fixed for our last practice and Sunday performance. Thank you!
