Es gibt keine Probleme mit der Bestellung, sondern mit dem Zulieferer.
Ich habe leider statt bestellten 10 Schrauben nur 7 Stück erhalten.
Das kleine Plastik Päckchen war zusätzlich in n einem Papierkuvert verpackt und war sichtlich beschädigt. Danke DPD!
There are no problems with the order, but with the supplier.
Unfortunately, instead of the 10 screws I ordered, I only received 7 screws.
The small plastic package was also packed in a paper envelope and was visibly damaged. Thank you DPD!

I’ve placed an order with this company…
I’ve placed an order with this company and despite sending them 4 emails over a period of a week notifying them they have failed to despatch half of my order and not had a single reply. There is no telephone number to reach them on so all I can do is email their customer services address to which no one replies! Terrible service.
After receiving the reply below I’m confused as to why the email address you have told me to contact is different to the one on the website which tells your customers to email a screw-express email (trust Pilot don’t allow an email address to be inserted here). I’d recommend amending this on your website if this is an incorrect email.
