As a student studying for an NVQ diploma in Business Administration at the Britannia School of Leadership and Management, I am very pleased to share my experiences of the programme. The course itself has been very practical and helped me acquire lots of useful knowledge, as well as develop my researching skills by encouraging me to do independent research. I have received very good feedback about my work from my instructor and have received many good resources from my instructor in order to help me with my studies and to help me continue to develop my knowledge, skills and understanding throughout my studies. I have been fortunate to be able to learn from and receive support from such a great group of people. This institution has provided me with the opportunity to receive an excellent education and therefore I would strongly recommend anyone who is considering studying further. Thanks to my instructor, the assessor and all staff members for their unrelenting assistance, encouragement and dedication.

I had a really good experience with Britannia School of Leadership and Management. They helped me successfully obtain my Level 3 certificate, and the tutor support was excellent throughout the course. The feedback on assignments was very detailed and helpful, which made it much easier to improve my work and aim for the highest grades.

The support team was also very responsive and always available whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and supportive learning experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to study with proper guidance.

I just received my certificate after a successful completion of my Level 4 NVQ in Business Administration. I benefited immensely from the tutor feedback and their attention to detail which has improved my research skills. I found Britannia to be very approachable, kind, supportive and they were VERY informative when it came to my course feedback. I have just completed the NVQ Level 4 in Customer Services. The course was well run, explained well, and course materials and resources easy to find. It was a joy to study this course and Katy, the advisor, and my assessor Muhammad were very good with me. It seems a shame that the process has now ended as I enjoyed this course. I would recommend Britannia to anybody.

I completed my level 3 Award in Education and Training in under 3 months, the process was smooth and very supportive. I would highly recommend going with this company you will not be disappointed.

Recently completed my Level 3 ATE Certificate. Support was always responsive, and detailed feedback on the assignments was received within a couple of days. The resources were good and easy. It has been an overall good and positive experience.

I recently completed the Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service with Britannia. I thoroughly enjoyed writing the assignments and as time went on felt more and more confident of what was required. The feedback on each assignment by the tutor helped with this; it was very clear and to the point and helped me understand what was required as each unit was written. Communication from the tutor was always prompt, friendly, supportive and constructive.

The course materials were comprehensive: reading lists, guides to each assignment, a guide to using command verbs, and study notes on each assignment. Some of the links to web sources were out of date, but most were up to date and it was easy to find one's own web references if need be.

In the assignments some of the questions overlapped, and you ended up covering some of the same ground you had already covered. But there was guidance on referencing which showed you how to refer back to your own material if need be.

In short, an enjoyable and productive course. I would recommend Britannia and would consider other courses of theirs.

Enrolled for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, within the year and I've been immensely helped by my Tutor Mara, who has provided timely feedback to assessment. The materials and study guides provided by Britannia have been quite insightful, not just in completing the modules but also in improving my personal performance at work. Will definitely be recommending Britannia for anyone seeking a qualification.

It has been a wonderful research experinece completting this level 4 Diploma in Business Administration. It cant be better than this. This experience has given me a better perspective and prepared me well for the future roles ahead.

I just completed my OTHM level 7 course in Finance and Accounting, and the experience has been incredibly smooth. I feel supported and was given high-quality feedback on my assignments. This is a great centre that truly values their students' learnings and would highly recommend!

Completed my Level 7 OTHM Diploma in Leadership & Management through BSLM. Responsive tutor support, thanks to the academic staff for their guidance over the past four months. The resources were good - a couple of 404 URLs which were promptly updated when I raised them. It was a well organised course. The tutor assigned to me, and the assessor were fantastic and provided detailed feedback which was very useful in the course of completing the assignments. Shoutout to K and M!

The course of NVQ 2 in Customer Service was very helpful for my career. After finishing this course, I was able to learn and practice more about it and ready to implement in my future career progression.

I've found the Britannia School of Leadership and Management after a long research online. I needed to complete an OTHM course as soon as possible, with limited time and resources. After sending a few emails of information, I've noticed that this school was immediately very responsive, professional, clear and with a very kind approach as well. I am not an easy client...I've have years of experience, and I don't like when schools play games. This school immediately explained me clearly the process, the outcomes and the costs. I've found this very professional. Once enrolled the onboarding process was also immediately clear, smooth and efficient. I enrolled and the same day I was already able to start my course. The professor that was assigned to me, which I will report here with the initial of the name only, Professor K, provided me absolutely with the best ever student support that I ever experienced in my life. I know very well this sector, and I really mean it when I say that the professor was always very prompt and king in answering my questions, all the advises provided were very spot on, informative and directive at the same time, and the help that I received from this support was not only crucial but also an add on to the study resources. I felt carefully supported, and also provided with more information, to not only make the needed changes, but also to learn more. This student support never diminished along the entire course, it was always ready, efficient, clear. I am really grateful to Professor K. for this amazing support received. I know also that a Course Assessor was involved during the process, named O., and I am grateful to the Assessor as well for the prompt support provided when some courses had to be added to my specific pathway. At the end of the course I also needed to receive very quickly a course completion letter, to proceed with my studies, and the letter arrived literally minutes after I requested it.
