I rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience with Scholistico has been so frustrating and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn other potential students.
From the very beginning, I faced technical problems just trying to pay for the enrollment. That should have been my first red flag — but I gave the program the benefit of the doubt, believing things would improve once the course started. Unfortunately, it only got worse.
During my Module 0 and Module 1 evaluations, the platform malfunctioned repeatedly, erasing my tests and forcing me to start all over again. I completed Module 1 with 29 correct answers and only one wrong, reviewed every question as required, and then — incredibly — the system glitched again and claimed that a large part of my exam was missing.
There is absolutely no student support system available — not even a digital one. The platform is outdated, unstable, and unreliable. When serious issues occur, there are no real solutions or assistance offered to the student.
After I filed my formal complaint, no one from Scholistico ever responded. The only thing I eventually received was a refund notification — and, two days later, the deposit of the refund into my account, a fact I must highlight and acknowledge as efficient on the institution’s part (thank God). Beyond that, there was nothing else: no apology, no explanation, and no sense of accountability..
This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. I have completely lost confidence in Scholistico’s professionalism.
My sincere advice: think twice before enrolling and investing your time, effort, or money in this institution.
