Parents Deserve Transparency Refund Still Outstanding
Dear Amanda,
Thank you for your reply. I will keep this simple:
The payment of $1560 remains unresolved. I am requesting that this refund be processed immediately. Please provide a written confirmation with the date and method of repayment.
It is highly unprofessional and inappropriate for you and your colleagues to drag my daughter into this matter. This is strictly between myself, as the payer, and the business that received the money. Bringing a student into financial and legal disputes is unacceptable.
The ABN is registered to an individual. The business name “Scholaris Group” linked to that ABN was deregistered on 22 June 2023, yet it continues to be used in advertising and invoicing. This is a compliance issue and cannot be ignored.
Your repeated threats of “defamation” are misplaced. I would also like to point out that I raised this with Trustpilot Content Integrity after your defamation claims. Trustpilot has already reviewed and reinstated my post, confirming it is factual and not defamatory and within the guidelines.
It is you who have chosen to illegally retain money which does not belong to you. To keep the funds while still trying to protect your “reputation” is contradictory and deeply unethical. How can any business have the face to do this?
I will be more than happy if you wish to take this through a legal channel, because I have simply spoken the truth and raised legitimate consumer concerns and I have kept all correspondence.
Unless this refund is resolved without further delay, I will continue to escalate the matter through legal channel.
Finally, I also note that I have never heard of you before, and I have no idea who “Amanda” is or what your exact relationship is to this matter. This only adds to the lack of clarity and accountability.
Please stop shifting blame and address the matter properly: refund the money, and stop involving my child in your business issues.
