Signed a contract on a tariff, after vehicle was picked up they call me like crazy at night saying rate went up $250 for broker fees, and kept bothering wanting that extra payment... so I WONT RECOMEND THEM FOR SERVICES

This company- I spoke to Sophia who took my information and guaranteed that our price would be set at $1125. We paid $225 for fee and $900 was to be given to the driver upon delivery. Car was to be picked up on 10/1 and dropped off on 10/7 from California to Florida . 10/1/26 and 10/2/26 came and no calls from Schmidt. On 10/3/26 I spoke to Sophia who stated she has a truck driver for me right now however the cost would be $2000. I became really upset because I didn’t have anymore money for this that’s why I made sure we were locked in on our price .. I told her no ma’am I don't have $2000.. I told her to call me when she has the truck driver willing to transport the car for the price that we agreed on the price on the contract!

She never called me back! I Lost the $225 deposit..

Had a few hiccups. But Charles made it right.

Charles was great to deal with from start to finish. What began as a simple transaction was adjusted mid-delivery when we added a second vehicle to the transport, and Charles made sure the entire process remained quick, seamless, and efficient.

Our driver, Anatolli, was also excellent. He caught previous damage on one of the vehicles that the selling dealer had missed and failed to disclose. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and gave us additional confidence throughout the process.

If you’re in need of vehicle transportation, Schmidt Transport should be your first and only call. Great communication, excellent service, and a professional experience from beginning to end.

Among several brokers calling me , I happened to take Joshua . He was very committed to his job and believed in his company , who had no late or scam . He gave update , it made me feel my car is safely protected
Drop off on expected day except too short notice prior drop off . Driver only called me 40 mins prior drop off , It made me too rush to drive home. Rush driving is not good. You should call the night before with timing window.
