Our experience with Schmidt Cheltenham has been excellent from start to finish. We’d looked at lots of kitchen retailers but couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. Pauline listened to our requirements and guided us to find the right kitchen, without being pushy or using hard sale techniques which lots of other kitchen suppliers do. She used her experience and strong eye for detail to help us design our perfect kitchen. We used our own fitters as it was part of a wider renovation, but Pauline was on hand to help with any questions / queries we had along the way. We’re really happy with the quality, it’s practical and beautiful! The service we’ve received has been second to none and have already recommended to others.

We've been really impressed by our experience with Schmidt Kitchens (Cheltenham). We worked with Aleks, who was an absolute star throughout. Super friendly, knowledgeable in the showroom and genuinely helpful and not pushy.

Aleks came up with a lovely design that suited our needs and was mindful of our budget.

The whole process has been very smooth from start to finish. Tony who installed our kitchen was absolutely fantastic also.

Aleks and Pauline were so helpful throughout, always attentive and with the total aim of achieving the dream kitchen which we desired. We are so pleased with everything, communication was continuous throughout, the fitters were absolutely wonderful, punctual, clean and extremely tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt Cheltenham!

The best in Cheltenham!

After a house flood, I had the pleasure of meeting with several kitchen suppliers in the Cheltenham area. I cannot begin to explain the support, care and expert advice I was given by Pauline and her team at Schmidt. Schmidt stood out from the rest and after several visits, we had put our faith into Pauline and Alex and we got designing.

They helped me reconfigure my kitchen, work with me on custom fit cupboards, pop up sockets, waste disposal, hit taps and more!

We are absolutely over the moon with our kitchen, and after 6 months of use, we still can't believe it's ours! The entire experience with this kitchen supplier has been exceptional from start to finish. The design team truly listened to our needs and helped create a space that not only looks stunning but also functions perfectly for our family.
One of the features we absolutely love is the black doors — they are gorgeous, and what's even more impressive is how they don't leave fingerprints! It's such a relief not to constantly wipe them down, and they stay looking sleek and sophisticated all the time.
The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are top-notch, and everything feels built to last.
We couldn't be happier and would and have recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

We recently had a new kitchen fitted by Schmidt and were so pleased with the guidance we received. Great ideas on style colour etc resulting in us ending up with a thoroughly beautiful modern kitchen that we enjoy so much.

We had excellent service from Aleks with a dramatic but also very practical kitchen design and from Tony with his helpful and efficient fitting skills. Altogether a great experience and we love the end result.

When we decided to refit our kitchen we had little idea how to start. Luckily we found our way to our Schmidt showroom in Cheltenham where Aleks talked us through the project and showed us the sample kitchens. Afterwards Aleks came up with a suggested design and with a few changes we were ready to go.
The whole scheme was excellent in design and delivery thanks to the quality of the units and the fitting which Tony did for us. We are delighted with our new kitchen and how it works for us. Did I mention it looks beautiful too?

We only popped in out of curiosity as we were looking for a bespoke bedroom solution and were wowed by the the showroom experience of Pauline and Aleks and the product quality and options available for a bespoke bedroom design.
Can't speak highly enough of the service and product provided by Pauline and her team, from initial design consultation with Aleks, to final installation with a superb fitting team. We were kept fully informed during the whole process and are extremely satisfied with our new bedroom furniture. Highly recommend.

Price wise this was really good value for everything we wanted.
Pauline has an expert eye and attention to the finer details of your kitchen design.
She thought of things we would never have thought of, including which way to put your opening doors (left or right handed), the 'working kitchen triangle' and generally what should go where and why it will work!
Our kitchen is dark and dramatic just as we'd envisaged and the quality of all the units, drawers and working mechanisms are superb.
Her team of fitters were exceptional with amazing attention to detail which was so appreciated.
Basically this is the kitchen of dreams and we love it! Highly recommended.

I am really delighted from the moment I walked into Schmidt Cheltenham. I had been looking for fitted wardrobes, I was looked after and helped to arrange my bedroom with wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a dressing table by a lovely lady Pauline. Pauline wasn’t pushy at all “or I would of walked out” she was extremely patient, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery was on time also the fitters were there just after it was delivered to start assembling, Theo and Luke were extreme perfectionist and took pride in their work.
I am extremely overwhelmed with the service, design and quality of my new fitted bedroom.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new kitchen from Schmidt, Cheltenham and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial design meeting to the final touches, their team, led by the amazing kitchen designer Pauline, delivered exceptional service and craftsmanship throughout.

From our initial interaction in-store (we called in ad-hoc during our investigation stage), Pauline took the time to understand our requirements and aspirations for the kitchen. She listened attentively, asked insightful questions, and truly captured our
vision of creating a relaxing environment for meal preparation.
Her expertise and creativity were invaluable in translating our ideas into a practical and visually stunning design which we now have given our old kitchen felt exceptionally clunky and awkward.

Once the design was finalized, the installation team took over and their professionalism evident from commencement. They arrived promptly each day and made sure to tidy up after themselves prior to departure each evening. It was evident that they took pride in their work, paying attention to every detail to ensure a flawless finish. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding and I am extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship displayed throughout the installation process.

Moreover, I am delighted to highlight the excellent after-sales care provided by Schmidt Kitchens. Any minor adjustments (of which there were few) have been promptly addressed and corrected to a brilliant standard, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It's rare to see such commitment in the customer service space these days.

Overall, I can't recommend Schmidt Kitchens highly enough. Their entire team, from Pauline to the installation crew (including all pre-works activities, which were managed by the team) demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for their craft.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. We have a relatively small but very tricky layout and the design has worked perfectly for us. From a friendly initial conversation, and throughout the whole design process, it was clear that Pauline was very knowledgeable and gave us innovative, clever solutions which we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. Delivery happened when promised and the installation was seamless. The fitting team were friendly and approachable and incredibly skilled - the result is a ‘no snags’ installation. The fitters noticed a couple of issues during installation and solved them as part of their work without any drama. After sales care has also been exceptional with a visit to check the installation and that we were happy with everything, also ensuring we had registered our appliances to get the extended warranties. The kitchen units, fittings and appliances are all high quality and look to be very robust. We would definitely recommend Cheltenham Schmidt, we found the whole process to be stress-free and the team were very easy to work with and extremely professional.

My first ever kitchen design and ordering and it's been a pleasure from start to finish. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Pauline gave us some great ideas and we were impressed with the design and little details. Fitting was equally impressive and some tricky problems were smoothly overcome. We've been using our new kitchen for a few weeks now and there have been no snags at all which is testament to a great kitchen. Highly recommended.
