Seems like a complete scam. Products are terrible quality and nobody answers for the return request.

Never arrived, refund refused
Order arrived only partially and late. They told it would be refunded and to place another one. The second order was never sent, and they are refusing to refund both. Stay away!
Update: received refund through chargeback via bank.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. What a sc@m business. Customer service is horrible - they don't get back to you for a week, and when they get back to you, they are very general and don't answer the questions you have. The process of trying to return the shoes through their online portal is difficult and error-prone. Their system rejected our postal code, suggesting in their error message we need to follow a certain length of digits in our zip code - which we added correctly - but then their system produced a wrong return label for us for a different country and we cannot change it anymore through their website portal. We have to go through customer support again to solve this but they don't get back to you for a week which is past our allowed-return policy. We are forced to keep our Schlappy shoes.

I was billed on my credit card and never received the slippers. I only ordered this because my husband’s name is Schlappy.I have trouble with the German even though I use the translater.
