I accidentally booked a ride on the wrong date. I immediately called and cancelled the ride. When I requested a refund I first got no response. Upon contacting them again I was told it was against policy because I cancelled within 48hrs of the ride. They expressed no understanding or empathy for my situation.

Driver did not even say hello. Got in the car, stank of cigarettes, music blaring. Dropped us far away from the hotel. Terrible experience. Definitely not a business taxi despite the extortionate price. Steer clear.

Booking ID 6913602: Prebooked a taxi and driver but never showed up despite waiting over two hours in the waiting area with our tired children. Cost for our family was 59 Euros in wasted money. Called their phone line multiple times and got someone to talk with once but then on hold and subsequent calls went unanswered or ignored? Also emailed the company to raise our concerns and never heard back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were picked up from our hotel this morning and taken to schiphol airport by a lovely lady in a very comfortable taxi. Can’t fault the service

Taxi came 40 minutes earlier then I specified. And driver said that he would not wait, and if we do not go now he will leave.
When I called to support, they said this is normal and they can not do anything.
If I call taxi on specific time I expect it to arrive when I specified.
40 minutes earlier is not acceptable margin.

After arriving in Amsterdam from California, we had to spend 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for our pre-booked taxi. It was terrible. Several others experienced the same issues and asked for refunds so they could go outside and hire a taxi but were refused. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Not anymore, second time worst experience. I booked in advance and paid. Still takes an hour of waiting. For private booking they say maximum 30 minutes of waiting. But waiting for hour is.. Clearly not professional.
