SchedulifyX is a social media management platform built for agencies and teams running many brands at once. You schedule to ten networks from one calendar — Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon — with per-network previews, drag-and-drop rescheduling, CSV bulk import and a shared media library. Client dashboard. Every client gets their own portal, and they never create an account to use it. They see a monthly calendar of scheduled and published work, campaigns grouped with drill-down, and realistic previews of how each post will look on each network. They approve per platform, or select several and approve them in one click — approved posts move straight into the publishing queue. They can reject with a reason, comment inline on a specific post, or propose changes with notes for your team to accept or decline. Reasons and comments are recorded in review notes. Access can be labelled per client and locked to a single email address. White-label. Run it under your own brand: custom domain, separate light and dark logos, and full colour control — primary, secondary and accent colours, header background and text, card and border colours, footer background and text. Teams and multi-brand. Organisations hold multiple brands, and each brand keeps its own calendar, connected accounts, team and approval chain. Multi-step approvals route work to the right reviewer, roles and permissions decide who can publish, and publishing history records what actually went out. AI sits in the composer rather than beside it: caption drafting, image and video generation, nine AI agents, and a hosted MCP server so Claude or ChatGPT can operate an account under permissions you set per connection. A REST API with JavaScript and Python SDKs covers everything else. SchedulifyX launched in 2025 and is independently built.
