THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Please read reviews before going here and please do not go here if you read my review. Jeff Angelina sold me a "lemon". He then got angry when I had to go through the buyback process stating that I was lying and that he could have just fixed the car. It could not be fixed I brought it to another Ford dealership after having the brand-new bronco outer banks for not even 30 days. He cursed at me and told me I was stupid. I have all messages recorded and can back up all I have. I am telling you they are selling cars right on their lot as lemons the car fax report that they did not share with me had so many dings on this car. They did not even check it before selling it on their lot. They are the worse dealership I have ever walked into. The owner Kevin Gordon is beyond unprofessional as well. He is so unhelpful and had the nerve to ask me why I am calling him at 8 in the morning during the week, I have never heard anyone in a profession talk like that. I am certain he is not a professional though they all got their 'jobs" by default. I strongly suggest do not go here. I am going on every platform I can think of to make people aware. The process for the buyback from ford was horrible especially without a dealership to assist. They helped with nothing actually caused the process to slow down with some paperwork even after they knew the car was declared a lemon. Jeff Angelina should actually get some serious help with how he speaks to people and like I said if I could add my recordings from him I would but I do have them on other platforms.
