Forces customers to buy products in bulk

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, which is why this is especially disappointing. The new purchasing system forces customers to buy products in bulk (multiples of 4 or 6), which is not practical or affordable for everyone.

On top of that, if your order doesn’t reach the $45 minimum, you’re charged $10 for shipping—even in cases where you’re already required to buy multiple items. This feels very restrictive and unfair, especially for customers who simply want to try a product or purchase in smaller quantities.

Because of this, I will no longer be using this website unless these policies change. I hope the company reconsiders and offers more flexible and customer-friendly options in the future.

Doesn't feel like paste in your mouth when eaten.

The only bakery products that do not use tapioca starch to which I am extremely intolerant.
Their breads do not feel like paste when chewed like all others I have tried.
A well sorted high quality range. Great job.
My only bug is more easily recyclable packaging.
