SCEPTER Fuel Container Faults, and the absence of any support at all.

SCEPTER
What a terrible and unresponsive experience. Reflects badly on the company, in general.
I purchased a 5 litre fuel storage container, that turned out to have a faulty pourer spout. (I've actually purchased 4 different sized fuel containers from this company. This is the only issue, but it's long standing and unresolved) When I needed them to support me , they seem to be underground) Basically the blow moulding on the spout was faulty, so the part where the rubber seal sits has a section missing, and the breather neck was blocked. It dripped and spat fuel randomly. Both issues are from the same manufacturing fault, I would expect a cheap nasty company to miss during quality control, not a company like Scepter.
The worst is not the product, it's the misleading untouchable and unresponsive (so called) support mechanism. They seem to hide where they are based in Australia, and /or have (also) untouchable distributors. Either way they do not have any Australian physical address or email, or number that works. Their international support phone line is permanently broken. My advice is find the problem early and return to the retailer, or avoid the company's products entirely. You will not get any direct support. I suspect that some or all of their components are made in China and/or are not quality controlled at all.No way would a reputable company who sells storage for flammable and highly volatile liquids be so careless and lazy, as to allow a fault like this through, or not have a QC system that discovers these things before distribution to retailers. As it is the dripping and fuming this faulty product caused could easily have ended in disaster for me.If it's a batch issue from lack of QC, there's possibly dozens or hundreds out there, doing the same thing.I have emailed them and other online rabbit holes that lead to the same door and not a peep.I added a received receipt to every email I sent and got no response from those either, so their contact number is either dead, fake or wrong. Pathetic effort. Considering their wishful company vision states (via FAQ's)>
"Q: Does Scepter have a quality policy?

A: Yes. It is the policy of Scepter to provide products that keep people safe when transporting, handling and storing dangerous goods. Scepter is committed to achieving and exceeding company, regulatory, and customer expectations and satisfaction through the development, review, and continuous improvement of quality objectives and the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025"
That's one way to show ISOs are not worth the claims that follow.
To me, Scepter seems more like a phantom, than a business
